getting online problem... HELP!

very strange, I could only play quickmatch, but if I try to go into the game rooms, community, competitons it tells me that I need to adjust my router settings and enable DMZ. What is this and how do I do it? I went into my router but didn't find anything about DMZ. I know other peeps that are having the same issue.

Join the line! I have the same problem, emailed Konami TWICE and never got a reply. Saw several threads like this on different forums, and nobody could solve this. Pretty bad because I suspect this problem also has effect on connection in quick matches- its always pretty poor for me, although my ping is 23ms (ie good) and many people rave about having completely lag free games - not me:(

actually the quick matches I played (US server) were pretty good, no lag except for some seconds here and there of slow down but it was fine. I can't understand why it would let me online for quick match but not anything else, how does that make sense? Does DMZ mean that I need to make my IP static? If so forget it, last time I tried that I messed up my connection for days!

i only play quick matches, but i cant believe they call them "quick" matches it takes ages for someone to appear to play you and sometimes no-one does lol

i've played 17 matches, won 11, drawn 4 and lost 2 and have had no connection problems with any games online no-one has even quit when ive been winning comfortably
