Goal Line Defender

On PES6 i used to select a player and run back to the line to cover behind the wall so when the free kick was taken i could head it clear, but on PES2008 I've conceded 4 goals in the last 2 games by free kicks that my player should have cleared but when they shoot he moves and doesn't try to head it

Does any one know how i can stop this?

I know..
Sometimes defender feels like a chick when he must saves the free kick..
Place your defender as quick as you could for better results..
If you late you will maybe a chick..

Quite the opposite for me, I never used to do it until this year, glad I did, I've saved a few certain goals by having the player in the right place.

thanks i tried moving them as quickly as possible to the line and then holding the direction to the goal and they stayed there so i could clear it
