Goalie Vanishing Act?!?

Almost into stoppage time, my striker broke away for a 1-on-1 with the keeper - only there was no keeper!

I checked the radar - and the goalie wasn't anywhere on the pitch! I slotted it home and checked the replay. The goalie wasn't there either - and the scrollin gthrough player cams confirmed this.

But at kick off he was back in the frame.

So, anyone had anything like that, and do you know what cuases this Houdini act?

not had that glitch but i have had a few moments when the keeper was stuck off the pitch next to the goal, or he wouldn't stop running in one direction until you scored.

i mate had this happen once when his keeper (crappy default guy) came running from the stand after dissapearing......random

I had something very similar on the PS2 as well....I broke away for a one on one and the keeper came charging out the box and cleared the ball for a throw-in....I took the throw-in and had a pot shot and there was no Keeper? Easy goal and I scanned everywhere on the replay and he wasn't to be seen.

I had it once, where straight from the centre the ball appeared in the area the second I passed it. It fucking warped from my foot to the penalty spot. lol

did you have a corner before the counter attack? if so, your keeper was probably in their box and running back

Good point! In the last minutes of a game keepers sometime go up for corners.
