The actual gameplay of PES 2015 is commendable - had it not been for one game breaking issue I would have gone as far as to say that this is my most fav PES ever.
The insane speed in which a players stamina deteriorates is ludicrously bad. I find the game unplayable because of this issue. It is clear that even if a player does not exert much effort in sprinting, his stamina will by the 60th minute of the game have been depleted. This occurs regardless of the tactics one plays with.
These are professional athletes you are trying to simulate. They play as many as 40 plus games per season. Going on one international break does not mean they can no longer play in their club's next game or two. If you at Konami are trying to manipulate stamina for game "balancing" purposes then you are doing wrong and have committed a grave injustice to what would have been a great game.
Look online and you will see many are complaining about this problem. I find it almost unbelievable this game was sanctioned for release with such a glaring issue. The game is unrecommendable - players will get frustrated at the fact that half the team is on its last legs by the 60th minute (using all 3 subs doesn't help the issue with the remaining knackered players.... and we shouldn't have to waste subs like that anyway).
There must a fix, a patch for this issue soon. I do in a sense feel cheated and this (almost brilliant) game that should be played will remain unplayable until the is patched.
I'm urging Konami for a patch for this game. Stamina needs to be rectified for this game and future PES games will do well to mimic stamina depletion in more a realistic manner.
Also please, please, please bring back the option to turn player develpoment off for master league! I really can't play new games in this series anymore if this option is not returned and will stick to PES 2013 as I did for last year.
