I found the solution to fix the shooting --> shots straight at keeper.

PES2K11, some of you may know him from Youtube, has told me to turn all the help and assists of. That means, auto shooting, auto defending, pass assist and the rest. At first I was like no way that is gonna work, but I tried it in training with a retarded team from the Bundesliga and it actually worked!

I could place my shots pretty good in the corners. Because I was using a weaker team I had weaker players, with less shot technique. So it is not about the shot technique of players.

So I advice you to turn off any assist as it will help you place your shots better, and in addition its more fun to play well without assists :)

I don't know if anyone never had any issues with shooting while they had assists on, but atleast it worked for me! :)

Yep, but alot of people including me had/are having this problem, I don't know how they did it, but this option is working for me :)

I play on superstar and everything set to manual. I'm enjoying the game now so i'm sticking with these settings

I'm slightly getting better at the game so I will increase the difficulty soon. It's set on Prof because this is my first PES game.

Now with the shooting fixed it is the ideal football game :)

Main menu, and personal profile settings or something, where you can also set controls. Not sure how it's called don't have my XBOX on right now.

The only thing I can find is player assistance but it says players who arnt under your control will attempt shots so that can't be it? :/

Are you sure? Because I noticed you can score 1 on 1 in training no problem, but not in a match. I have assisted passing at 0 bars, only assisted clear is on and teammate control is set to assisted. Do I need to set teammate control to manual?

I really dont know mate, I just set everything off except for pass assistance ( 2 bars) You should try it, I'm just glad it worked myself switching everything off..
