it's really weird, i don't get why people like gta, i have seen 2 and played 3 for a while on the pc but it's just too REPETETIVE, i wanted to buy it many times to play the wholw game and decide on a stronger basis but i just don't get it, it's not that great IMO

Damn it, the vid's don't work for me, nothing to do with your links though it's just a problem i've got with my computer playing sound and some video's at the moment i think. Lucky bugger having GTA: SA already ;)
I like the idea of being able to swim and go under-water this time round, it'd be class if you get away from the police that way. Also, the themes of your diet playing a huge part on Carl Johnson's physique and athletic ability sounds great. Have you found much out about this in the game yet?

Reyes, you need the divx codec. Get it in the k lite codec pack from here:

There's 100's of things to do in the world apart from the missions. If your health is low you can go and get a meal to boost your health up, eat too much, you get fat so go to the gym and on the running machine or go on a bike ride. The gym is pretty cool you have weights to build your muscles up, a boxing ring and more. The game is just brilliant, the size of the world is just massive :)

cheers mate, it works now. The vid's are good, after around 14 secs of the bmx one it looks as if he gob's out on the road twice :eek:

lol that was another gang shooting at me and hitting the bike :)

Mount Chiliad is massive by the way, took me over 3 minutes to get to the top on a motorbike and that was with cutting corners :eek:

If blockbuster release GTA: SA early then both Blockbuster and Gamestation will not be allocated anymore copies. My mate in Gamestation was telling me about it last week.

There is a very important do not sell early notice going around because anyone caught selling the game early wil not be allocated anymore copies at all!

With that said I'll be picking up my copy on Friday :)

Nice vid, i've heard you can have races down Mt. Chilliad on BMX bikes, god knows how long it would take to get up there one of those though.

It's ok,not awesome. A LOT of stereotypes but that's kinda the point.


I wouldn't have anyone, ANYONE playing this, that was under 15 though because it too much sometimes. You can kill, period. Realistically in a pretty much realistic environment such as our own. You can venture out ,roam and pretty much do anything(which is expansive),but you HAVE to do bad things which can be cool to some and just plain boring for others.

I could not get into GTA:VC but I kinda dig this one cuz' I was really into N.W.A and Easy E and all those Boyz N the Hood /Menace II Society type movies back then. It captures that feeling of California's Compton,IngleWood streets very well.

The slowdown's not that bad actually either. and the controls are intuitive and the soundtracks right where it oughta be.
But :eek: do the girls look thick!

Well, i might be able to scrape the money to get this on the release date now, although it would b a tight squeeze and i dont know for certain if i get this that ill be able to get PES4 on Xbox on the release day, so im contenplating!

Yeh, I have heard that the fighting simulations have been taken from MANHUNT(which is also made by ROCKSTAR)

PS: Dannyboy, what weapon is that in the gimp pic? It looks like a dil.......
