hello, i redeemed my code and got Bale, I have went into my game plane/squad and I can not find him anywhere , could somebody please help a newbie here and let me know where to find him after i got him in the black ball, many thanks, Steve

I'm assuming you got it in the pre-order bonus and not the top agent because the chances are slim to none. He'll be in your myClub member list, not in the actual squad. You have to add him into the squad from squad management to have him playable.
