I've been playing this game almost no stop til it came out a month ago, I have on my 3rd season in Master League, sunk a decent amount of time into the game and I've noticed ive NEVER actually scored a goal in the 90th minute or stoppage time.
This is how I know there is some kind of script in the game because in the previous games you KNEW you were able to score a goal at any point in the match, EVEN in stoppage time or the last kick of the game you had a chance to score so you kept playing, kept plugging away and when you did get that 95 min goal you could feel the emotion, like you EARNED that goal. PES 2012 just doesnt have that unpredictability anymore
In PES 2012 I know that if i get to a certain minute of the game I might as well forget about it cos I know I wont be able to score. When the time gets to about 83rd min and I havent scored its pretty much over, if anything, the COM has a greater chance of scoring then, so many God mode bursts on goal and ridiculous 95 min diving headers have been done against me it not even funny.
In this game it pretty much if the game doesn't want you to score, you wont and if it wants to score, you can see it a MILE away, when that ball goes to a COM player on the wing, you know that cross is coming and you know your defenders will for no reason step forward giving the COM a free header, when this happens to me in the 90th minute all the time after containing them the whole game makes me wanna break my controller.
Pretty much the majority is why PES 2010 and 2011 were exciting to me is gone now, Im just playing it now cos I'm a hardcore PES fan but it really shouldn't be that way at all to be honest
