I have played noth demo and i think there both good i would happy play both games.

i am dissapointed that in the man u squad on pes is not upto date silveste and saha ar still there and no berbatov that has to sorted for release surly

legeods mode online looks like its gonna be awasome though as long as you get some decent players on your team

fifa pro why u having a go at him u prick! go to ur fifa forum u fifa fan boy. ive played both fifa is fifa the ball physics are shocking and player models are too. the player reactions are as slow as my grandma and the gameplay aint smooth. as for pes 09 i think its bloody immense i love it ive only played pes since 06 tho but i think its gonna walk all over fifa this year COME ON PES!!!!

Only thing i hate in PES is the ball goes from left to right to often in so little time. They are both good games. i donwload the ps3 demo and it's better than the Pc version, but that's just because my pc is kinda old.

I would give them both a 8. Although i play FIFA08 online every day so for me it;s a good game. And to be honest the ball physics are weird in the pes demo. i don't think that's what everyone was talking about. have to wait till the full version and then i will give you my unbiased review

Yes but EA are too lazy to make the game properly for superior PC hardware. I shouldn't have to own a 360 or PS3 to play the best version of their game.

I'm pretty sure the delayed response issues aren't a PC exclusive problem either.

i'm 100% sure it is a PC exclusive problem considering it's made by a completely different development team, using a completely different engine and current gen graphics.

The PC version is FIFA07 with FIFA09 graphics. They should have put the PC version of FIFA to bed like they did with Madden09.

lol, the pc version is fifa 09 with current gen graphics.

Get an HD TV and you will see that the fifa 09 graphics are superb.

played both, to be honest fifa looks good and is vert realistic but the fun factor is missing. sitting down and having competition with your friends on fifa is not appealing. pro looks good this time round, still got a few issues like the keeper, but overall ill be getting pro 100%.
they have improved alot, and im liking the new controls for tricks and manual pass.

p.s they have totally improved the defenders too, good note, no more running through a team from kick off and scoring

So the gameplay of FIFA09 on the PC is the same as the PS3 then?

Got a widescreen 1080p monitor and more detailed than a HDTV.

I downloaded the fifa demo on the PS3 for the crack. It's the most pittance excuse for a football game i've ever seen. Shit ball physics, shit animation, no inticate passing moves possible, it really is wank.

By the time i get home this evening Pro Evo will be downloaded and if it's worse than Fifa like some people are saying then i might have to go jump in front of a bus. The good thing is that i don't believe for a second that Fifa will even be close to Pro Evo, despite the first attempt on the PS3 being a relatively poor effort compared to the PS2 versions.

like i said, fifa 09 pc might as well be called crapfootball09 because its a different game to fifa 09 next gen.

And it doesnt matter if you have the best pc monitor since the pc graphics engine and gameplay engine is different to the ps3/xbox360 versions.

who says ea cant be bothered. I would say konami cant be bothered seeing as there's little to no change in gameplay from pes 08 and less licenses in the game than last year.

I just don't understand how people are so resistant to change, like i said so many times before: I used to play fifa a lot, then it bored the hell out of me since 2000 since it was way too unrealistic i used to play PES thereafter and enjoyed every minute of it, but since 07 fifa has been jumping forward and pes is still stuck in the ps2 days, I don't understand how people still prefer the ball that bounces off players, the heavy gameplay the robotic animations to the more fluid gameplay, if PES is better than fifa i'll gladly convert back again, I am a football gamer not a PES fan nor a fifa one.
