After having played this game for ages in wide cam, i switched to long cam in the hope of a better game experience. Oh my god, its like playing a different game.
When i first played with long cam it was like playing pes 10 but with improved gameplay. its truly a different game,

Has anyone else noticed this ?

I hated PES 2010 so much with all its bugs.

Long Cam is just too close and I can't see all the pith very clearly and it is harder to defend but easier to attack than widecam. I prefer widecam IMO

I tried playing On long for awhile went back to wide. Offline I noticed blimp cam think that's the name and have played a few games and all very far out I see the pitch the AI runs and found scoring easier

I believe the OP is referring to the actual Long camera, while you are referring to BLIMP.

BLIMP is awesome but not available online. There are different apps that allow you edit the camera settings, so it can look as blimp, but the detalization level sucks big time, it simply takes the magic away.

I've edited the wide camera to something between original wide and blimp. It takes a bit of adjusting, but once you get used to it, it's a big advantage in both attack and defense.

I have a clear view of most of the pitch, and I can mark players easily with my controlled defender, players that were previously hidden and could only be spotted with radar. And it's impossible to mark only with the use of the radar.

Offensively I can see wide players on the opposite side, and when there's an opening in the opposition defense, and I am therefore able to take advantage of poor marking in a much better way.

I'll admit that close control dribbling suffer a little bit, but team work is more important in my opinion, and my results are vastly improving due to this new camera view.

I've not tried it online, though, and I suspect it's not possible to use it online either, as I've edited the exe file in order to change camera. But for me, online just became boring so I'm having fun with BAL and ML offline. Much more fun than online to be honest.
