help! on volleying and crossing

i need some help i been watching some of the goals in the goal gallery and ive saw ppl chesting the ball and volleying some gd goals what i got to ask is:

how do u chest it up to volley?
what is the best way of chiping the ball up for a other player to volley?
and any tips on how to cross to a player out side the box for a volley from a corner?

I think the best way of setting people up from a corner for the volley is when your midfielders are pussed up outside the box.Turn your kickers angle to the far right and fill the power bar up toward them and it will fly over the crowd in the box and hopefully drop to one.(Gerrard or seedorf are unreal)
The volleying part is the hardedst.Never scored one of these but have hit the post once or twice.
Scored a brilliant volley with seedorf once a replica of zidanes champions league final one against leverkusen

thanx alot i scored 1 with van der vaart but its really hard on the xbox to volley or shoot and the keepers seem to be to gd as well!
and have you ever scored a overhead kick?
