Help with Changing Kits after installing Kitserver

I have been using the Europatch 2.5 which requires kitserver installed to run but have a problem now in editing kits. I wanted to change one of the edited kits (Steaua bucharest) but when I play with them, the kit that is used in the game is some sort of cross between the kit I changed it to and the original kit in Kitserver. Can anyone help me to change the kit without this problem happening? Do i need to change the kit in kitserver and if so how?

Might get more help in the "General Editing" section - I think this part of the forum is for In-Game editing questions (that is what I have picked up looking at other threads here anyway).
