Help with Changing Kits after installing Kitserver

I have been using the Europatch 2.5 which requires kitserver installed to run but have a problem now in editing kits. I wanted to change one of the edited kits (Steaua bucharest) but when I play with them, the kit that is used in the game is some sort of cross between the kit I changed it to and the original kit in Kitserver. Can anyone help me to change the kit without this problem happening? Do i need to change the kit in kitserver and if so how?

Yes I had tried that but can't see what to do. How do I create a new kit to copy over the old one?

No I can see the kit when I double click on the icon - there are about 6 images of the one kit from different angles but there doesn't seem to be a utility to modify them - how do you do that?
