Help with England

Hi Guys, does anyone on here use england, and if so can you tell me the most effective attacking and defending formations to use, and the personal for the formation? Thanks in advance

I updated the squad with who I thought were the best players:

I quite like 3-4-1-2 for England:
James

M Richards Ferdinand Terry

Gerrard Lampard Hargreaves J Cole

Rooney

Owen Ashton

Works quite well as Ashton has the aerial presense (you can use Crouch too but I find him too weak. Heskey amazingly works well there too).

For me it has to be a 4-4-2 with England, at least a version of it!

I play with them regularly and play:

Hargreaves and Gerrard compliment eachother brilliantly, there's an argument for playing lampard but Gerrard and his attacking attributes are so good that he becomes invincible if used properly.

Rooney and Owen are unstoppable if you get the ball to them quickly and get them running, which hargreaves helps to do.

If this doesnt work you could just stick crouch on and put it on his head, this formation is a bit more total though!
