Help with "training promising players" needed

You know how you can buy youth players.... and eventually you can't train them any more well how do you how long youve got left to train them? In the PES3 booklet it says there is a remaining time limit to look out for but I can't find it.

P.S. I'm not too sure where to post this question, so if it's in the wrong forum, tell me where to post it.

I can't find out how much time is left to train either.
I think they forgot to put it in the game, like the Elite squads.
From (bad) experience, I think the time itself is random, between 12 & 20 games to increase the stats.
I'm sure this has been discussed before. Try a "search" under "training promising players" there are several threads already.
