Help!

I'm trying to record the best goal i've ever scored with fraps but the file size keeps coming out far too high for console goals, can anyone give me any tips?

You need to download a program called RAD video tools from this website:

And then maybe use Windows Movie Maker to shrink the file size further.

i record goals using fraps then i use windows movie maker to add text and music,
when you have finished your movie and save to pc you can choose how large you want the file to be.
Remember tho if you want a good quality movie it will create a larger file, but nothing like the size of the avi file fraps creates.
