How can y put an PS3 file into my PS3?

Can I use a regular USB Stick to transfer PS3 file's to my PS3?

Yes I think so mate, you need to probably format it though. Stick the usb stick into your PS3 first then format it (it's somewhere in the settings menu). Once done with that stick it into your pc and put the file you want into the right folder. After that you put it back into your PS3.

So I don't need any disc or somthing else,only the USB stick?
