Hiring coaches and trainers

Im just wondering what everybodys view on the coaches and trainers are because for me they dont seem to make any difference to the players.

The main reason I hire particular people in master league is so that my players can enjoy good form but every time an important match comes up 50% of my team goes onto purple, 35% go onto blue and the remaining 15% will be on green or orange. Now this is obviously due to the scripting issues with the game so it just makes me ask;

Why did I hire them in the first place if Im gaining no benefit from them when I really need them?

Just spend that £10m on a good player in hindsight.

I like the form system ans always have, however I think it needs some tweaking, Its sometimes infuriating how illogical it seems to be, maybe this is slightly cynical but I also get the feeling it is there to fuck you over. Eg I play a team on a losing run and they are all red, my team however is average despite good form on the pitch. I use the trainer with top level stats for form, he does make a difference but not as much as you'd expect.

As for other coaches, a top level GK trainer is crucial and makes a big impact on development for keepers, Ruffier for example went from 84-95 in three seasons.

I think the effects are subtle yet important, just a bit suspect that the coach with top rating for form makes a small amount of difference.
