Just had a brilliant match, well not for me.

Luis Fabiano scores after 9 mins,

Luis Fabiano scored again 23 mins.

Wright- Phillips scores on 34 mins.

So 3-0 up against Liverpool before 35 mins and totally dominating, then I scudded myself, I said don't let them score before half time or they have a chance, what happens......Babel after 40 mins, getting a bit nervous, but never mind I said to myself.

Second half, a Aquilani free-kick on 51 mins met the head of Carlos Puyol and bam, 3-2, after that I was so nervous. And thought, Oh no here goes. Then what happens on 75 mins, I fail to clear a Steven Gerrard corner, not once, not twice but three times and after ping pong in the box C. ?Delago? (Lyon I think) slides in the equaliser. I was gutted, but more concentrated on coming away with a draw!

I managed to hold on to a draw, which I wouldn't of even considered after 35 mins. Even though I was gutted, I thoughorly enjoyed it, which is wierd.

Those games can be quite annoying but good in a way, like you think the games easy and its all over them a few mistakes and the games no longer in your favor i had it loads of times just like failing to clear balls proply and being sloppy

i started playing ML again with Valencia....and i recomend this team!
they have amazing attacking talent, i only needed to buy a good GK , SB and CMF
i'm the 2d season now and bought Fabregas, Bastos , Willians(very good utility player), Mario Gomez , Ignashevich etc..
all-round amazing squad and i won the EL, Primera, Copa del rey last season.....Silva and Villa are 90 overall ....Juan Mata and Pablo are 85

Well after 3 seasons into my 1st ML game save, it packed up, documented here; http://www.pesgaming.com/showthread.php?t=75228

Having started up again with the same Created side, L.Gunner G (avatar is club crest) I'm actually enjoying it more. Decided not to start in D2 again, simply pick up from where my 1st save had started. The previous season had been a belting tussle for the league title. Myself, Inter, Real Madrid and even Arsenal and Liverpool all having their say in the title race. But after 38 games Real prevailed as league champions, despite my side after the mid season transfer window having a some 11 point gap.
The FA Cup was between the L.Gunner G and D2 hopefuls Sunderland, who were unashamedly beaten 2-0. Europa League was between Juve and Arsenal, Arsenal retaining there crown in a 3-2 E.X win I believe.
The Champions league was a long hard fight right from the group stage, having both Man Utd, AC Milan and Genoa to contend with. Despite recording only 1 win we qualified in 2nd and were onto the knockout stages. We battled through Bolton, Fiorentina and Chelsea to make it to the finals where league rivals, Inter would be our opponents. End to end final with the underdogs L.Gunner G toppling the italian giants 2-0. So despite finishing runners up in the league and relinquishing our league title to Real, we finished with a Cup double, a mightly successful season in any sides eyes.

The following campaign was not so gleaming with silverware, Inter taking the league and Cup double, Real taking the Champions league, Juve avenging their Europa League final defeat from the previous season and the L.Gunner G fighting for scraps with a Runner's up spot in the league.

i have just started my 6th season. got into a few financial problems, was -15 million. due to wage fees.(eventhough i won the treble). seems to me that buying aguero has still hit me financially eventhough that was 2-3 seasons ago. lol
ended up selling valguatinho.(didnt want to sell him either) for 62 million. made a good 40 million on him so it is ok

im a good 9 points clear at the top and its only december. this is due to winning 3 big matches already - tottenham, liverpool and chelsea.

I started a new game as ManC, since somehow my old Liverpool save ain't working anymore. I was at the end of May, and everytime I do 'Next' to move to June, it loads up fine etc, shows the calendar moves, but after that it does nothing. The background is all that white thing where u see graffite or so. The background music is still on as well. Weird.
Anyways, if I won't be able to solve it, I guess I will have to make ManC a good team. Heh.

I'm new to this forum but I've been playing PES for quite a while now. I just restarted my ML and was in the 2nd season with Arsenal. I've won the FA Cup, Premier League and UEFA Champions League on my first season with the difficulty set at Professional (Playing as Top Player in my 2nd season though).

I only sign young players (less than 25 years old) as I was aiming to build a really strong team in the future, and my current line-up is:

Santon is a good signing from Inter as he's a good marker in set-pieces and will provide top-notch assists when needed. Balotelli is also from Inter and he has a really strong right foot to match. I need not to introduce Pique as he is the jewel of young CBs out there. I sold Almunia, Rosicky, Eduardo, Silvestre and Eboué and now I'm currently trying to sell Bendtner, Gallas, Arshavin, Vermaelen and Senderos.

Now I'm trying to sign Pato and Benzema to be the primary SS and CF for my team, and S. Ramos to replace Vermaelen, Hamsik and Gourcuff to build a formidable midfield. My ideal starting 11 would be a 3-5-2 (3-2-3-2 to be precise) like this:

First of all I'd like to point out that this has been a quite interesting thread as well as community. I really enjoy reading the experiences you guys have had in ML.

I recently started over on "top player" because I kept scoring around 5-10 goals each game and never lost or even drew which was extremely lame after a while, no challenge at all...
I used to play with Real Madrid, but now I've switched over to FC Liverpool which has been a great experience so far.
I'm at fixture 31 in the first season and I'm currently 2nd in league ranking 2 points behind ManUtd.
In the english cup final against Chelsea and the 2nd leg of the Champion league semi finals against FC Porto (won the first leg 2-1)..

Matches on top player just seem more realistic to me, despite the highest I've ever scored was 5-1, surprisingly against Barca after I lost the first leg against them.. all other results are around 1-0 2-0 and sometimes 3-0.
I've also lost 3 league games and drew 7 or 8, can't really remember.. but I just seem to be doing better in any cup.

Great players I can recommend for negotiations from liverpool are:

Aquilani -> great development at his age, really nice midfield player imo
Agger -> amazing defence player also with great development
Babel -> 22 yrs old and quite good already if you train him with a few more cards

Despite Gerrads inability to run fast with the ball he's a great passer as well as deadly in standards and corners.. that's the only reason I keep him.
The only major transfer I've signed is Pato, surprisingly enough because it said "almost 0 chances of a deal", he agreed to transfer anyways for 65mio.€
Just a hint for people, keep on trying to sign deals with any of the major players, eventually you'll get lucky and they will agree.

^ Liverpool is the best club to play PES imo. All the players look the same as the real life ones, the feeling, and even the team itself, you just feel like you're playing Liverpool. Somehow on my second season with Liverpool it wouldn't load anymore. I was really sad, still am. I might try again with them ( I restarted with Liverpool 3 times after 4th season! I really can't play PES without Liverpool.)
I agree, Babel is a great and REALY fast striker, and accurate when it's about shots. Too bad he is weak and loses the ball too easy. Aquilani is, to me, the best midfield in the game. Just pure perfect player, was just simply amazing playing with him. Eats Gerrard alive.

I'm now with ManC, kinda sad and am used to Liverpool, but heck, it's only a matter of time till I'll get used to ManC. I haven't sold any players yet, as I needed them all, ManC's squad is very tiny, only 25. I bought Mgeady, an young irish striker, Mccarteny, an 28 years old english full back, Abidal, french full back 28 as well, bought also Yaya Toure as I had no CMF besides Ireland and Johnson.
I have my eyes on JO from Everton, and Arshavin, if Bellamy decides to quit.

So far it's been an ok season for me. I'm not in CL as I'm with ManC, I knocked Arsenal out of the FA Cup, and am 3rd in the table before ManU and Chelsea. Adebayor seems to be a very weak striker compared to what I wanted him to be, still he scored 5, and is my top scorer. I'm trying to make him an decent striker at least.

Tevez - Just perfect SS. Strong, fast, accurate, an perfect striker. However, he is more deadly in the sides due to his speed.
Wright Phillips - Very fast and strong side winger, develops well (he ain't young), and very cheap. If you can sign him, he will do very well for you.
Robinho - One of the bests SS in the game, I guess. His speed is just incredible, passes anyone. He is not the strongest man in the world, so he loses the ball once in a while. His shots are amazing, he made 3 amazing shots, which tuned to be goals, from a freaking weird angels. Seriously lol.

I took a quick look at him and saw a white and red flag, did a 1+1 and believed he is english.
For CM, you are actually right, I failed to notice Barry plays as CMF, as he is DMF for me right now. Adebayor is terrible indeed, however I want to make him an allright striker, and keep him as my main striker, just for the challenge. Would be rather easy if Aguero would be instead of Adebayor, I'd rape anyone. I have this way of play to buy players I like, which aren't so good, and play with them. It's the only way I see to make an Top team a challenge play.

Basically, he has to be in a team, like all unregistered players, if you want to buy them.
