i had a frustrating last few games
just about won 2-1 against city. the scored first. i then also ended up just about winning against one of the lower teams
got past the quater finals just about by beating tottenham 2-1 in extra time. computer ai cheat caused that. was doing fine, cleared the ball from the box and somehow it hit one of the ai players and i dont know how but ended in the net

Yeah been having some serious battles with Liverpool as well.
However i knocked them out of the FA CUP first round. Being down 2-0 at half time. Finally equalised 2-2, then they scored just before stoppage time - lucky i just played like a mad man and few seconds after equalised again. 3-3. Won the penalty shootout..

yeah ive beat liverpool in the Fa cup fianl on pens and the game was 0-0

first season i did the treble over them and trumped them each time
second season i beat them twice and drew once
and on my 3rd season so far i have won against them once and drew against them

I started with AC Milan (favorite team), and won the UCL and league in the first year. I've raised some good talents. Pato is overall 88 at 21 years old and is being watched by Barca, Man U, and few other teams but there's no way he's going. I converted Abate into a wingback and he's around 81 and he's only 23. Amazing pace. I found a player named Marco, playing also wingback for me. I tihnk he's around 77 but he's only 20 years old. I have few other decent young players like Di Viuez, and Cardacio. I thought Cardacio could be the next Pirlo because he had pretty good long pass acc, but he doesn't seem to be improving that much. Still only 21 so we'll see. Di Viuez is the same also except he's more of an attacking mid. I bought a player named Rigoni. He's 68 @ age 18. He'll probably become my defensive mid in few years.
I'm playing 4-4-2 diamond. My playmaker and attacking mid is gonna be playing the middle part, and on the right/left will be bit more defensive minded players.
Big signings, I bought Zarate for 40 million euros and he's coming in the January window. I'm trying to find a CB to partner Thiago Silva since Nesta is becoming too old. I'll try and look for reborn-Maldini and give him the #3. I'm also looking at Agger, Chygrynsky, and a defender named Hory... (something like that. If you choose Defense Leader and Future Potential, he should show up). I'm trying to sign Fabregas to replace Pirlo, and also trying to bring back Gourcuff! Which is failing so far. (Still only 2nd month of second season).
I'm trying to get a mix of "big names" and finding my own talent. I found a Dutch midfielder Wilh... something.... to replace Seedorf (looks exactly like him).
One mistake I made is not giving Flamini a lot of chances. I focused too much on finding a really young player and developing him to world class. Flamini was around 77 at the start of the season and only 25? I think if I played him more, he would have been around 85 at his peak. I only use him as a sub now which is disappointing.

Just beaten Blackburn 4-1 at home soil. About to meet inter away in the 2nd match in CL group stage. Drew the first 3-3 home against Lyon.
EDIT: lost 2-1 to inter - massive AI cheat in the last minute of the game of course. Drew home against fenerbache so were 3 teams having 2 points in the group with two games left.
Won 5-1 against Man u at old trafford (apparently fenerbache is better than them)

I started with Sparta Rotterdam @ Top Player and ended 6th in the Dutch Eredivisie and was very lucky to reach the Europa League
After the first season i managed to acquire a Greek SS player ( Koutsianikoulis, which has great growth potential) , McFadden ( In fact a bit of a wasted purchase as he is a bit slow and his overall rating is just the same as my current Sparta players ) and O'Shea ( which hugely disappoints me because i thought that he should have a lot better stats)
Now i am still struggling in 7th position, and have only 2 points out of 4 Europa League matches, so it is very tough now. But if i manage to purchase better players and invest and develop i will surely hold up the Eredivisie trophy in a couple of years And perhaps even the Europa League / Champions League!

^ Don't know how many seasons you've played so far, so don't know their age in your league at the moment.
Rasmus Elm (swedish smf/cmf/amf) Outstanding player (20 or 21 from the beginning) He may have moved on if you have played several seasons.
N. Agger (brondby if) striker. Scores great goals, and has a killer left foot.
N. Pedersen. Striker (groningen)
Skjelbred. cmf (rosenborg)
Kraslavik. cmf (stabaek) note that in my league he's only 23 and has amazing stats. However he doesn't get experience points at the moment Hopefully he will develop again.
Zanka. defender (fc copenhagen)
Apart from Kraslavik these players were quite cheap to aquire.
- Other players that i can recommend: Viktor Elm (herenveen) haven't succeeded in buying him yet, being chasing him for 2 years.

I recommend El Zhar. He is not too young, around 23 I think at first, with a rate of 60+, but hell, in second season he just rocks...already rating 74, and if you play him a lot, at 3rd season he can be one of the best wingers, imo. He is fast, hard to take the ball out of him, accurate shots, accurate passes. The only minus thing is he is ulgy and short. :O He is extremely cheap, which is a huge advantage for low teams.

Fulham game was boring and dissapionting, and don't even get me started on the Burnley game!
Then I had a great game against Man Utd, even though Man Utd played better than me, I still managed to score a few goals! Haha
Anyway, Fuck PES2010 and it's Master League... Now it's Modern Warfare 2 time baby :w00t

Man im onj an awesome winning streak, finished my last season 1st on the league and won the Europa League with reset prevention feature and top player playing with Valencia! Only lost 3 league games 2 against Real Madrid with cheap goals (2-3 at home and 1-0 away) and against Villareal 1-3 at home but then it was smooth sailing oh and i got knocked out of Copa del Rey real early hehe
Made some really good signings , bought Rossi and trained him to play wing so hes really flexible. And Andy Reid, good solid performer, bit low on stamina though.
Silva, Villa, Mata and Pablo are really good players kept them as starters.
Im on the second season now 4-0-0 on league games and killed my first cup opponent

It sounds crazy, might, but sometimes I like to choose my players by how they look too, lol. For example, I doubt I'll ever buy Drogba, as he is an ugly monkey. But Torres is just awesome lol.
BTW, what an CRAZY CL table matchs I had... I was beaten hard by Sharktar Donestk 4-1, they ripped the hell out of me. Then I had another match against them, where I lead 1-0, but surprise surprise they scored 2 goals on the last 20 minutes...Lost again to them. Then I had to recover against Barcelona...But that was just SICK! I noticed how they had an really weird Transfer this season, with selling Henry and Bojan, and buying weird players such as Berbatov and Eduardo (few more I cant remember). They were just weak and helpless. From a match I was sure to lose against, I ripped THE SHIT OUT OF THEM 8-0! El Zhar and Vela with OUTSTANDING play, he cooked 5 out of the 8 goals! Torres with 2, Vela with 2, Kuyt with 2, Spearing with 2!
Barca did not qualify this season for the next stage. :O
