how can i buy gerrard in master league on pes2008?

all i want to do is buy stevie gerrard for my master league team
my team is arsenal, money isn't an issue as I have over 100,000 and my teams popularity is 'S'. I have tried various contract lengths, price tags and wages but i just can't sign him!

Can anyone help me?!?

The problem is he may want to stay at Liverpool or the club his at now. Try and sign Young players, normally they turn out to be the very best. Like Nani...His development is better than Ronaldo.

Agreed with PESFan92 here, if you've managed to gain that many points it tells me you're pretty far into your game, in which case, buy a young player rather than an ageing Steven Gerrard.

Yeah go with younger players, Cesc is a good bet aswell as Mascherano, Anderson and Nani, Ashley Young and Garth Barry,

easiest way to but him if you really want him, is to pay him 5000 a year and to pay liverpool like 50000 pts. he'll probably come for that. but why would you want him lol he must be old now? Get Ninis!

Its not about the wages, you can tell if a player don't want to join, because if you offer 50,000-100,000 points and 5000points as his wage, like proevogeek22 said he did, then he is happy with at Liverpool. Trust me with 50,000points you get loads of Very Young players who iduvidually, turn out to be better than Gerrard.

Well, the game has that numeric rating system to tell you how open players are to your offers, but I've had four or five players with <10 openness come over in trade deals, while massive straight transfer offers were ignored. If his openness is zero, though, I don't know if anything will work.

I definitely agree that you can buy many cheap, young players that trump Gerrard (he's not on my list), but if you're a big Stevie G fan, then why not? He can crank the living hell out of a ball (though I personally prefer Riise for those duties).
