how do I get mario gotze and GP in myclub?

Hello,
I pre-ordered the game and when I entered myclub I didn't receive mario gotze and the other 2 players, I got nothing.
on my ps4 menu screen, when I try to download the add-on ( mario gotze DLC ), I receive a download error message. It is really annoying, how am I supposed to get my pre order bonuses? + there is no messages in myclub inbox that indicates i have mario gotze or anything. Is there a way to get a redeem code or something to get my pre order bonuses?

I didn't even get the Team of the Year player or the GP or the recovery items. I pre-ordered on PSN about 2-3 weeks before the release.

No, it was a digital offer. It's still valid, if you go to the PSN Store you still get the bonus just for buying the game now. Also I made a ticket to Konami. And by the way the worst support ever in the history of mankind! EA is just soooo much better at this, It's not even close. I have had some issues with Fifa 14 and Fifa 15 previously They have 24h a day, 7 days a week access to support and actually resolve issues. They also have the chat but however you can also call support on the phone! How great is that! You can actually talk to a person who will listen to what you say and respond immediately. Konami doesn't...

Anyway the response from Konami included the line bellow:

Now about the Konami support team. I contacted them via the chat. A guy called Luke says he can't do anything and apparently doesn't know anything and that I should make, what they call, a ticket. Which is basically a type of customer complaint.

After two days the response is: "Thank you for contacting Konami Customer Support. You have to go to inbox and collect the item, then you will go to sign a player to a contract and the bonus players should be available for signing."

Jeez I never tried that one Konami! Thanks for taking me for a full retard for not checking my inbox, which I already stated in my complaint that I did and that nothing was there. But I guess they don't have time to actually read the complaints.

And also at that point, when they replied, they changed the status of my ticket to "resolved" and now I can't reply to it anymore but have to make a new one. Guess they sort of see it as "case closed" and it seems that they can't reopen tickets after they have been resolved. Nice going there also, not checking if the solution you suggested actually worked (must have been employee of the year that handled my case, sorry....ticket).

Now of course they only work business days so I guess I have to wait until Monday for another shitty response from an incompetent support staff worker. Thanks a lot for that Konami!

I exactly got the same problem. I dont understand if Konami wants to punish Digital game costumers with such a thing..no götze..no 1 player of the year..still waiting and nothing happend so far..

hello i brought the ps3 day one edition on the 13th and recieved it by mail on the 14th and i redeemed my code for the my club content but i have recieved nothing neither was i prompted to download or install anything it simply said 'your code has been excepted' i have emailed playstation network about this and i am waiting for a reply but the email was sent friday evening so chances are i might hear something monday sometime but its a joke to say the least

when I entered the code, it said the code is not valid or has been used, really konami!?

I feel you mate. I have the exact same issue. No codes from anyone for days now. Konami blew me off the first time I sent a ticket by just saying I should check my inbox and then market my ticket as "case closed" I managed to send them a new one before the site disappeared. I would like to get hold of someone on the chat but can't as the site is down. Hope it's not down because they're getting so many complaints they can't handle it. But I wouldn't be surprised. How badly they've handled my case and which is apparently how they handled all of your cases is an outrage. It's ridiculous customer management!

Hope I get an answer to my ticket soon. I'll post it here once I get it.

if you guys search on google for officialpes twitter it will take you to their twitter pager where they clearly say they are working on the dlc code issue for ps3 and ps4 users so it will be sorted soon
