No, it was a digital offer. It's still valid, if you go to the PSN Store you still get the bonus just for buying the game now. Also I made a ticket to Konami. And by the way the worst support ever in the history of mankind! EA is just soooo much better at this, It's not even close. I have had some issues with Fifa 14 and Fifa 15 previously They have 24h a day, 7 days a week access to support and actually resolve issues. They also have the chat but however you can also call support on the phone! How great is that! You can actually talk to a person who will listen to what you say and respond immediately. Konami doesn't...
Anyway the response from Konami included the line bellow:

Now about the Konami support team. I contacted them via the chat. A guy called Luke says he can't do anything and apparently doesn't know anything and that I should make, what they call, a ticket. Which is basically a type of customer complaint.
After two days the response is: "Thank you for contacting Konami Customer Support. You have to go to inbox and collect the item, then you will go to sign a player to a contract and the bonus players should be available for signing."
Jeez I never tried that one Konami! Thanks for taking me for a full retard for not checking my inbox, which I already stated in my complaint that I did and that nothing was there. But I guess they don't have time to actually read the complaints.
And also at that point, when they replied, they changed the status of my ticket to "resolved" and now I can't reply to it anymore but have to make a new one. Guess they sort of see it as "case closed" and it seems that they can't reopen tickets after they have been resolved. Nice going there also, not checking if the solution you suggested actually worked (must have been employee of the year that handled my case, sorry....ticket).
Now of course they only work business days so I guess I have to wait until Monday for another shitty response from an incompetent support staff worker. Thanks a lot for that Konami!
