How do I get the patch if I am not online?

Just wondering how i can get the update patch if not online?

Also just wondering about updating firmware in my PS3 is it safe to go on uk.PlayStation and download it to my pen drive and the upload it myself?

Never mind found these links to do it. Dont know what do do will the file i will just try to copy them to where my save option file.

what files???

what were those links to??? there both broken. if it was the pro evo patch 1.10 which downloads automatically. id be intrested in taking a look at what the file was made up of.

I get HTTP 404 error broken link. but might be ie blocking cookies!!
