How do I patch the PES iso?

I have looked all over on this site and can't find instructions on how to patch the iso. It is discussed as though it is common knowledge so as a noob I am completely lost.

I have a modded xbox and know how to burn games. What I need to know is where do I put the downloaded patch?

Any help appreciated as PES in its current state is unplayable. London FC? Pah! And they wonder why people buy FIFA

Don't know what you mean by cracked game (I have only heard this term for PC games and I am talking about an xbox game). Can't see why you wouldn't be able to discuss modifying the game's settings. I have bought PES and discovered the rosters to be an insult to anyone that knows football. I want to change it but their in-game options are more primitive than Mario paint. All I am asking is how can I put a patch on it (all of the patches are on the PESGaming forums so how can my question not be allowed on these forums?)

in all fairness, he just admitted to having a pirated copy, XBOX doesen't need cracks. He's simply asking how to mod the OF to get real names, that's perfectly legal on these forums.

I am not against piracy, at least not until games gets a proper quality check before they release, and would gladly help you if I knew how to. I run original OF on my XBOX, basically because I never play PES or any other games on it. Except when playing against friends because the couch is more inviting than two office chairs infront of a computer screen.
We always play with national teams then, so I haven't seen any reason to mod it.

PS. I think you need a memory stick or a harddrive to mod it.


EDIT. He doesent need to have a pirated copy either, but he must alter the game ISO in order to apply a patch to his PES2010.
