Correct me if im wrong here but i believe the game has load prequel data option which should load your old option file
alternatively there are some really good patches and mods around which will bring your game right up to scratch in terms of rosters authentic current season kit names etc etc
I use dido smoke patch gold currrently 4.5 for pes 2012 just google dido smoke patch gold 4.5 2012 and you will find links so you can download it one problem though is that it is best to run a torrent client for ease and also as to not wait forever..Problem for me though is (as ive tried to state in another thread) ?I want to have all the current crowd chants for the EPL teams which the patch doesnt have but im having a big problem trying to get them to work :-(

in order to download the smoke patches do i have to have a modded xbox? if not what do i do to get it..if i can get step for steps that would be greatly appreciated.
I did manage to copy pes 2011 to a flash drive, and i went to pes 2012 load prequel which i did and i managed to retain all my jerseys and stadiums from last year. So far i have tweaked some teams that needed to be tweaked and is going faster than starting all over.

Thats daymos of you can find instructions in there. Its pretty easy to install and the guys who make it are very helpfull. And pretty active on here. All you need is a usb stick and format it for your xbox. But thats all in the instruction.
