How do you do a "nutmeg" or a "OLE"

Ok i have watched a few videos on here some of which someone is running with the ball and they pull of a nutmeg or a OLE all i want to know is how do you do this?. Thanks to whoever answers my question.

Ok... so you have the ball right? Then you run toward a defender right? Then, when he wildly stabs at you and ball trickles through his legs... thats skill? Show me a definitive, REAL video of 3 consecutive nutmegs, and I'll eat my words.

If people could do it time and time again, don't you think we'd see that more often in the goal comp vids?

It requires a bit of luck but it's mostly down to instincts and timing of the roulette/sidestep (which are the best moves for doing successful nutmegs imo)

I do know a move where u try a nutmeg on PES5 but i dont actually think it will nutmeg a player very often.

the way i nutmeg is hold :R1: + :R2: and tap :L1: 3 times while standing still
its very hard to pull off but it can be done

thats basically my way except i run with:R1: the hold :R2: aswell to slow down then tap :L1: 3 times when approaching a player

ive gave up on tryin 2 do nutmegs a long time ago!
