Get a player with low 'weak foot accuracy'. Roberto Carlos, Lionel Messi, Recobba, Maradona etc. Then as your running towards the direction of their weak foot, press shoot. Because there's no way really he can successfully swing a leg with their good foot and still get it on target, they will wrap it round the back of their standing weak foot and try shooting like that.

I did one with Maradona last night. The arse didn't score though, just tapped it into the keeper's gloves. It looks good but it's not practical...

I find Recoba is the best player to do it with.
Alternatively you can go to the Edit menu and change a players stats so their weaker foot frequency is at 1, they're much more likely to do it that way.
Then all you need to do is to get say a left footer (Recoba for instance) and set him up for a right footed shot and he may or may not try the Rabona. It looks good when they score but it's slightly frustrating when a player does it and it trickles towards the keeper when all they needed to do was swing their weaker foot at it and they could score anyway!!
