My mate does this trick when there is space behind a defender he kicks it about 15 yards ahead of him. It helped him score loads of goals last night and he wouldn't tell anyone how to do it. Help??

U mean the trick which the player will just lift the ball up in front of him?
just use the right analog stick and push it UP And DOWN quickly.
practice it in training mode cos at start u will keep failing and perform the 360 turn instead...
try it... cheers... :)

When sprinting with R1, when you are changing direction, hold R2 aswell as R1. It's called "Super Dribble"

Yeah but deadheart30, the trick you were on about doesn't quite send the ball 15yrds infront of the player, ohwell its still a nifty trick, twas in PES3 aswell ;)

Im sure there is a way to knock it out far in front that isnt the r1+r2 sprint, i remember doing it but i dunno how.

Bozinho is spot on except you dont have to change direction... but.. it is really effective if you have a fast player... i haven't tried it with him.. but.. i imagine that Martins would be unreal with this.. or bellamy...

Just run using R1 and then press R2 as you change direction. The player will then have the ball a few meters further away from his feet than usual until he catches up with the ball.

started to use it now.. but.. i dont really have fast enough forwards.. rooney is quick.. but not lightning Fast.. need bellamy or martins really.. Saha is not to bad with it.. but i dont play him much... i should he is leathal with that left foot.. but.. at the moment.. rooney has his shot technique @ 97 and 4 games ago is was 95 so it is flying up.. he has been on a bit of a goal scoring spree at the moment..

Another option though I have not tried it, simply pass the ball forward (to no-one) and press R2, the player should then sprint after passing.

On the other hand I might be talking complete ....
