I want to add new players from PES 2019 to PES 2017 by the EDIT0000000 of PES 2019.
However, when I decrypt the EDIT00000000 from PTE patch with the crypter program by Devil Cold52. I found some data missing. First, this is the decrypted file.

In a decrypted_EDIT00000000, there should be 2 sections: Player entry and Player appearance entry. However, in this file decrypted from the one you sent to me, most of the players, except ones from Chinese Super League and Thai League, are lack of their Player entry and Player appearance entry.
For example, the player ID of Harry Kane is 47287 according to
https://www.pesmaster.com/h-kane/pes-2019/player/47287/
Convert the number 47287 from decimal to hexadecimal to get "B7B80000". Then you search for "B7B80000". there are only 2 results in Team entry (one in Tottenham and another one in England). However, there is no Player entry and Player appearance entry of him.
For counterexample, the player ID of Renato Augusto is 39215 according to
https://www.pesmaster.com/renato-augusto/pes-2019/player/39215/
Convert the number 39215 from decimal to hexadecimal to get "2F990000". Then you search for "2F990000", there are 4 results, of which the third and the fourth ones are in Team Entry (Beijing Guoan and Brazil) and the first and second result are exactly the Player Entry and Player appearance entry of Renato Augusto.
In conclusion, the data of Harry Kane is incomplete but the data of Renato Augusto is complete just because Renato is from Chinese Super League in PES 2019.
Thus I infer that the missing part of edit data may exist in some file other than EDIT00000000 or the EDIT00000000 I used is incomplete. So may you send me the complete EDIT00000000 or tell me how to solve this problem?
