How to convert Options files from maxdrive or xport format to .bin/cue?

I dun own a credit card so i cant order the xport/maxdrive online, so the onli way for mi to get the option files here is via the cd method.
i search all around and could not find the PESfan v3 option file with the shop items locked in .bin/.cue. format.
Can anyone here pls guide me on how to convert them to .bin/.cue or just convert them for mi???
