How to create 2vs2 match room?

I play PES2012 online on PS3

can you tell me how to create a 4-user match room or a2vs2 match room

after I enter the lobby what should I do?

You just create a room and wait for people.
Renaming the room to "2v2" or something along those lines will help.

And i believe you must select "Friendly" and not "Ranking match".
