How to create your own XBOX 360 option file (BIN FILES)?

What i need for this and it is possible to put face scans (example:Bosnian Players like DZEKO,PJANIC,IBISEVIC,MISIMOVIC ....) in?

You need a Xbox Live camera.... http://www.amazon.co.uk/Vision-Camera-Headset-1-Month-Membership/dp/B000HKD6GS.

This is needed to put Emblems,sponsors and faces on the game. It automatically saves them as bin files in the game. It's not like the PS3 where you can just transfer the files from USB stick etc..

Thank you matt for your answer..BUT...only to work with the xbox live cam its not a solution. How to create good face scans....? to keep dzeko`s picture in the camera??

The only way is to insert faces in dt0c...otherwise it will look like crap
