These are the stats that you need to unlock the player cards:
Quick turn - Dribble speed 80 and dribble acc 75 tech 75
1 on 1 Finish - Shot accuracy 85, shot technique 85
Outside curve - swerve 85
PK Taker - 90 shot accuracy
Marseille Roulette - Dribble speed,dribble acc and technique 80
Elastico - Dribble accuracy 80, dribble speed 80, technique 90
1st touch play - Teamwork 90
Outside curve - swerve 85
Man marking - response 85
Uncomfirmed:
Passer - long and short pass accuracy 85 or Short pass accuracy 85, short pass speed 85
Slide tackle - defence 80
Reaction - response 75

Unlike last years version any position can unlock any card (I think!)
