How to not concede a minimum of 4+ goals everygame?

Yeah basically, despite having a defence of 93 Ramos, 92 Silva, and 84 Zabaleta and Evra and 91 Khan, I leak goals like aston villa.....Its clear that konami need a minimum of 8 goals a game but basically does any one of the other five players of this tremendous pile of c**p online have any idea about how to give my players about 22 pairs of chromosomes that they are clearly missing.

If that request is unable to fullfilled is it possible to give me some pointers and tips on how to get into div 5 on myc**p and not lose 15+ games in a row and actually make a c*ntami logic defying push for div 4 or even div 1 *GASP*. Also tips on how to actually set up my defence up to not concede everytime my world class midfielders lose the ball by giving it to the opposition by deciding that the marked by three players teammate is a better choice than the man free on the wings.

You think Im joking but I have only once in about 100 games kept a clean sheet with ramos and silva as the CB partnership, like when they play they both play like 70s but with even my 90 Godin in the team instead of one of them, the other plays at his 92/93 rating.....I dont get how those useless b*****ds at c*ntami justify this w*nkpile as a viable alternative to fut.....I thought fut was scripted by, my word, this...theres just no words...



TLR, what is the key to not conceding a metric fu*kton every game with some of the best defenders in the game.

I have released all expensive CB's long time ago, its just a waste of GP's for their contracts, my opinion.
CB's like Ramos, Silva,etc., doesn't makes big difference in any type of the match - offline or manual, because of the stupid scripting and through ball spam.
Same is about SIM - they're completely useless. Any OVR67 striker with freaky face can easily beat them, if Konami decides you gonna lose this match.

Btw, in SIM matches (SIM is a quintessence of scripted crap in PES), all this cheap bullsh*t looks especially funny:w00t :
On my side of the pitch, opponent OVR 67-69 attackers destroying OVR90 Ramos and OVR86 Fabinho.
And on the other side of the pitch, OVR 59-64 defenders easily makes striking force of Ronaldo, Willian and Ibra looks like a bunch of useless clowns.:wub:


This is all we need to know about so called "Konami's arcade football"
As one of my friends told : "PES is a best way to make any real football fan hate football".

In MyClub I have the same problem. I have a perfect squad with Ramos , Varane, Koscielny, Boateng and I conceed a lot of goals. On online divisions and master league, however, even playing with lower teams I don't conceed lots of goals.

Try the following tactic:
4-2-3-1 with 2 DMF's, 1 left and 1 right midfielder, 1 AMF and 1 key striker (preferrably fast and with a nice ball control)

Then choose the following in the options menu:

- When in possession:
Counter Attack
Short-Pass
Wide
Maintain formation
Support Range - 4 bars
Numbers in Attack - Medium

When out of possession:

Frontline Pressure - All in defense (Here I tried both and they both work, see what it suits with better, the first one your player goes to tackle directly, the other one they come running towards your goal everytime you lose the ball)
Containment Area- Centre (no need to be Wide because you want to have the max players in the area where you are more likely to suffer goals)
Pressuring - Aggressive
Defensive line - 4 bars is enough
Compactness - 6 bars
Numbers in defense - Many


With this you shall be able to suffer less goals, specially in ML. Choosing a more defensive tactic not only will help you suffer less goals but specially you will score more.

Other tips: if on ML try to look for defenders who have the one-on-one man marking. I always put at least my 4 defenders, including LB and RB doing man marking.
Also my top two attackers (in this case, the CF and AMF) are doing man-marking on the opponent CBs so they keep pressuring them everytime they have the ball.

I hope my "tutorial" helped you somehow but like I said this doesn't work 100% but it helps a bit. If you need any further help I will send you some print screens of my tactics.

So who is your manager with those tactics because I can't see how to custom set those tactics?
