how to relink emblems so game doesn't freeze?

i wanna add my club's emblems into my game using game graphic studio (7.40),i need to enter them into flags bin 64x and 128x and i know how to do that so it shows up in a re-burned game with emblems applied but when i chose my edited team the game always freezes on the loading bubble,im adding them into a retail copy of the game so not previously been patched,so fresh iso! trying to apply over team b's slots from league c which i can easily apply over the emblems but not sure if i need to re-link them so maybe that's why its crashing,any ideas?
