I've tries this many times and it has worked every time. I've tried it in training, Penalty Shoot-outs and Master League. There is a trick you can use that always works and I've worked it out.
Basically, when you take a penalty look at where the keeper dives. For the next penalty you should put it in the opposite corner to where the keeper just dived e.g.
I score my penalty and the keeper dives bottom-left. For the next penalty you should shoot bottom-right because the keeper dived bottom-left on the last penalty.
If he then dives top left, next penalty you should put it top-right and you should score.
If the keeper then decides to stay in the middle, you put the next penalty in the middle whether it be top-middle or bottom-middle you should still score.
