How to see player is good or bad?

First of all, sorry for asking so many question in different thread but i really cant think of this question that time.

Anyone can teach me how to see whether a young player of player is good,decent or bad when I wanna to buy them? Because my staffs alway saying the same old sentence which they alway think that the player is good which make no sense.

Add them to you scout list, then their attributes will be revealed in time. Also, if you have enough money, the top scout that you can buy enables you to see the attributes without scouting. Very hand indeed.

But i wonder why even i bought a good player like muller and some other but they like playing like those rating below 50 player?

I wonder do i need to install the gameplay patch for a better gameplay?

Damm sad AI is way too much, when playing with them like they own 10-20 freekick till they score,running fast and defending way too good. While my team is like old granny runnign in field,cant shoot well,pass alway been got from AI.

I'm not sure I fully understand you. Are you saying that you have bought a player who is rated about 80, but he is playing rubbish.... like a player rated about 50??
In that case, it could be down to a few things. When a player first signs for you, his teamwork rating drops a LOT, this can have an effect on how good they are for you. Also, do you pay attention to the condition arrows? ie The arrows next to the players name on the tactics screen that are either red, orange, green, blue or purple?
