Hey guys, I'm having troubles to find buttons to dive in PES 11. Can you help me remember which ones was them. I'm playing on keyboard so it's more harsh than with gamepad :)

I think if they put diving in the game they should also put the ability for defenders to boot players from behind. Even it up for the defenders.:shfty:

Oh, come on, real life football mate. It's the way it is :) There's honest way of winning and not so honest :D I prefer to take some risk with simulation some times :)

They got rid of it. Its now in Link Feints. So make your own custom feints, asign Just dive to say LB + left direction, then assign those feints. So now your dive button will be LB + the direction you assigned it to.

Command List says you dive by pressing L3 and R3 for me.

Which is quite hard to do while you're trying to run at the same time.

Haven't gone too far into the whole Linked Feints thing yet though. Gonna have to look that up.

I wish Konami got it as well, should never be in the game at all. Each to their own I 'spose.

Why shouldn't it be in the game?

It rarely works y'know, you're risking a yellow card more often than you're gaining something out of it.

Besides, diving is a part of the game of football today, albeit not one of the finer sides of it.

I know its part of football, and no where near enough is done to stamp it out.

And I also know there is an argument in having it in a football simulation, authenticity etc.

I just think maybe the game should set an example. I don't think it gets football anywhere when you kids play games like this with diving in them.

If you grow up in a football culture with diving seen as just another part of the game, it will just bring up more generations thinking diving is just part of the game, and maybe even an acceptable part.

If there was just one thing I could do to change football, it would be to make blatant diving a straight red card and a five match ban, allowing appeals obviously.

Diving is no less damaging to football than leg breaker fouls.
