how to stop lag when play online?

i have a very good connection up to 6 MB, but for some reasons, the game is very laggy when playing online.
I wonder if there is any patch that fixes the laggy problem when playing online. I am very new to PES6.

Its not u m8 its Konamis servers they have always been full of lagg
dont listen too all the fools in the lobbys accusing u of lagg its the same for everyone because KONAMIS SERVER SUCKS....anyone who doesn't beleive this should try playin the Xbox 360 version no lagg ever cause its hosted through Xbox live not Konami......

start->execute->type "msconfig"
disable !all non-microsoft-services, goto startup clean !everything out and restart your machine ;)
