stalybart. If you scroll up on this thread it will say "post reply" on top left. but if you are in the "introduce yourself" forum, it will say "new thread".

OK sorry if I wan't to specific, here's an example.

Go into off topic and above thread in forum you should see a small new thread box. It's white and blue.
