I am loving this game, absolutely amazing!! Every goal I have scored I have seen done in real life. The plays, the way you have to spot runs, calling for runs, building up your play, defending counters, AMAZING!!

Its far from perfect, but all in all its an amazing leap from last year.

However it was a completely different story when I had first played with the default settings, in fact, I was close to demanding my money back with the default settings. What I have found.

Difficulty: Top Player

Controller settings:

Assistance - Place assistance on full, trust me its much more realistic visually when assisted is on full

Cursor: Semi Assisted works good for me

Game Settings:

Speed: Set speed to negative 2

These settings allow you to have a much more realistic footy experience, allows you to pin point passes and open up space on the wings. it allows you to play a hold up offence which allows CMF to attack, and helps you defensibly.

If anyone has any other suggestions or disagrees with me please let me know in a comment below, I would love to hear your thoughts. :3

I do, its a lot like 2011 passing which I am far more accustomed too. It also is visually far more realistic and alloys you to make some amazing passes. In one example I was able to break my opponents defense by making about 35 very very short one touch passes, it looked amazing and for a second I forgot I was playing and wasn't really watching my beloved United. haha

Im going to try the settings too... I wish we could adjust online settings, it feels too arcadish with crazy scorelines.

Pass assist to zero is amazing!
There a steeper learning curve but you create a lot more unpredictable football with no assist.I've never tried on full assist pass but even set to three the passing was a bit to easy to move the ball about.

I dont know if its a good thing or not but Ive already scored two ridiculously amazing bicycle kicks with xabi alonso and Pepe, in my first 2 hours of gameplay xD. The ML is the shizznit.

do you think playing with less assist is a disadvantage vs online players who have more assisted passing?? or vice versa when you get good without the assist?

I think so.I've only played against the A.I though.I dominate games less on top player with no pass assist but the build up play is so much more rewarding and when you start pulling of some sharp passing it really is a beautiful thing.I just played a few games with full assist on and the op is spot on it's very much like last years passing system.Been really enjoying the game today despite the terrible goalkeepers and the really shit physics of the ball when shooting.

i dont notice any difference between all assisted stuff on or off.

im sure the little line note which tells you what each feature does say its for the PCU player if u allow them to pass the ball when u haven't selected your player

That assist what your talking about is so your A.I team mated won't do things automatically.Example like when your using the pressure buttom the A.I won't tackle mentally on there own.Or like sometimes the A.I can shoot for you without any input.You won't hardly notice this stuff if either on or off apart from maybe the auto tackle.
