but to say the truth Cairo is bigger than the whole country, and there aren't much places to have fun. Everything in UAE is a lot more organized and polished though: Luxury oriented.

actually skin exposure here is normal, especially in dubai because most of the residents are foreigners and about 15-20% are locals.
