I Need Help!!i`ve Created An Option File For Ps3!!!!

ok people. i have created an option file for the ps3, but i don`t know how to upload it to the pc. i wanna share this option file with you, but i need some help to upload.
the option file includes:
4 EPL Kits n 1 from Mexico..(chelsea 1st n 2nd, Man Utd. 1st n 2nd, Liverpool 1st. Arsenal 1st n 2nd, America (Mexico) 1st)

Teams created with real players and real names.
Teams: Brazil: Santos, Sao Paulo. Germany: Werder Bremen, Sttutgart, B. Leverkusen, Dortmund, schalke 04. USA: Chicago Fire, LA Galaxy. Mexico: America, Cruz Azul, Chivas, Monterrey, Tigres, Pachuca, Toluca.

Players Created.. Like Kuranyi, Richard Nuñez, Pocho Insúa, Asamoah, Jermaine Jones, Omar Bravo, Chelito Delgado, etc...

Please I NEED HELP!

no worries

firstly you will need a USB pen drive.

plug that into the ps3 and switch on the ps3.

now goto where your option file and Edit file are through the XMB (xcross media bar which is the ps3 main menu), there once found hit triangle and select copy then it'll say USB flash Disk, click that and proceed.
do the same agin for the other file.

once done take out the USB pen drive and plug it into your PC, go into my computer and explore the drive you will find a folder named PS3 the two files are in there to extract n share....
