I was playing a tight game the other day, 0-0 with minutes to go. I swung over a great cross into the 6 yard box but it went over my forwards head and the defender behind him went to clear it but smashed it into my players face. The ball flew into the top corner like a rocket and i started to celebrate but to my amazement the ref gave a goal kick, well i think he gave a goal kick surely it wasn't a foul as i wasn't close enough to the defender.
Anyone else noticed the comp cheating? lol

if the keeper takes you out, even if hes the last man he very rarely gets a red card (or even a yellow!). also, it seems to be a foul if you catch a player ever so slightly, but on occasions you can get blatantly taken out, but its no foul according to the ref

well its not the comp but my cousin...he placed a player on the post when i was lining up a 16m free kick, the ball wnet top corner beyond the keepr only 4 that fuckin defender to block w/ his head

the other day i was actually fouled in the area and the opposition even started to defend their case about the penalty yet in the scene where the ref comes up and points to the spot he did so but they had a free kick

Last night i was robbed of a penalty.

I hit a 25m free kick with Henry which hit the post the ball then fell to ljungberg who unleashed a great volley which was cleared of the line, but when i watched the replay it Clearly came off the defenders hand the game finished Arsenal1 vs 1 Chelsea.:angry:

There are bad decisions, but not as many as in real football (thank God)!

I scored a ridiculous goal a few days ago - I took a shot with Rooney, but a defender handballed it off the line...only for Rooney to handball it himself and smash home on the rebound!

Referee mistakes are part and parcel of the game. But if we can also benefit by referee mistakes, it would be great.

I was playing a guy online, a good tight game, he made a run in to the box so I brought out my defender using [] and also closed him down with the player I was controling, I left my finger on the [] just a little too long and the comp controlled player stuck out is leg and blatantly took out his man. Obviously for a sec I thought peno, but I guess ref nor linesman saw it as it just played on, so I cleared (play to the whistle) as his man raised to his knees complaining to the ref. So it is clearly not a case of cheating, but as RedBlooded said "There are bad decisions, but not as many as in real football". We only say it is cheating when it is against us!

I sufferered from the infamous "comp slide tackle". The ball was in my area, I had control of a player who was about to clear the ball, but the comp decided to hack their forward to the ground. So I lost that game 1-0, and the next game, I whip a low ball in, and a defender slides and catches me, stopping me from knocking it in from 5 yards. No pen, yellow card, free kick or even a free sample of cheese. Fuckin comp.

u no fucking love this game it's amazing the only bad point is the foul system they say they've ,ade ot harder more like there've made it unplayable i hate it me well more fustrated, i get fouled about 30times a game by the comp never once do i get a free kick or a pen maybe once or twice if ya lucky, story is i managed to get the running down in there half (was from a corner they had so onli about 2 defenders in front) running got passed the players then all of sudden they got a bloody superman speed boost or somet slide tackles me from behind i go over they have the ball and bam nothin, u ever seen tho tht u can tackle from behind and just get a yellow, no the best one was i slide tackled the comp from the side got the ball clearly the comp just jumped over and they got a free kick for it and i got booked, another was from a corner i swung it over straight on the forwards head and goal it was bloody dissaloud and was given a freekick, i can understand they wantin it to be a challenge but they;ve tuck the fun out of it now it all well and good goin for realism but to get two real is wrong, u cant even get physical in the game where footbal used to be a physical game,
