What are your ideal gameplay speed, camera angle and pass assistance settings guys?

I still can't find a perfect setting and I find a lot of it depends on the camera angle.
On Pitch Side camera angle I typically use 0 game speed, but if I pull back the angle, I would go +1.
As for assistance,finding a comfortable level there would be the difference between enjoyment and hating it. I've experimented with all levels and currently I am on 2. At this setting there is still a degree of error and unpredictability but passes which are supposed to be easy are easy and passes which are supposed to be difficult will not complete. The one thing that I can still not get used to is the pressure inconsistency of the buttons. Frequently, the same level of pressure will result in completely different trajectories.
As for difficulty level I think the choice will depend on the team you pick and the team you play against. Professional is good for a match between equal teams. But if you are minor and you are playing against Barca / Man U , etc. than i find Professional too hard.

All assists off except tackle to hard
2nd player - manual
Game speed have not played offline yet with the full game probably -1. Although I feel this year online speed is pretty enjoyable

I notice all your assists settings are off.
Wha difficulty level do you play on and how do you find long lofted passes and through balls on manual?

I play on superstar (should i really probably not) I always play football games on the hardest setting with manual controls. Puts me at a disadvantage and keeps the challenge for me.
Through balls are amazing when I get it just right, but times I truely over hit them and just lose possession. I like to play generally a close passing game and they try to get my opponent to move over to the side of the field I'm targeting and then send a long diagonal to the open player on the other side. I simply just press O and either pull down the left stick to what I think puts backspin on the ball or if I want the ball to run move it with direction of the kick.
With manual pass and shoot you basically are doing the same as if you hold L2 with either x,o. Once you get a feel it just starts working and you can carve opponents up
