With the inclusion of Trophies almost a sure thing in PES2010, I really hope that the list is designed in a way that makes the quest for Platinum an enjoyable experience, and by that I mean absolutely nothing like list on FIFA09. For me, the list has to be one which is acheivable completely offline, and given the current state of PES online, Im betting that if things are the same on PES2010 then most will agree. If however there are vast improvements, and I think there will be, I would also like to avoid some of the FIFA09 like trophies where you have to play for example 10v10, In PES I guess this would translate to legends and the like.
Another potential gripe of mine would be if I had to go through an entire BAL campaign and acheive certain things on that front, in the same mould as the legends campaign on the FIFA Trophy list, but to be honest, Im almost resigned to the fact Ill need to take that hit to get Platinum, Ok if you like BAL, but its just not my kind of game mode. The perfect trophy list for me would be made up of Master League, Champions League and all leagues/Cups, maybee add one for succesfully diving and getting a penalty, or scoring from the half way line, or in my case, spending about a solid month in edit mode (a gold for that of course).
I think there should be online trophies, but they should be kept seperate from the ones we need for Platinum, the same way as Resident Evil 5. One last thing is that I dont mean to sound like trophies are the most important feature, for me that one goes to the ability to play 2 player leagues/cups with me controlling my mates opponents and vice versa, but since this has been removed from the last 2 installments, the only logical reason for this is the input of a trophies feature, and as annoying as this is, I just feel it would rub salt in if I had to go through a whole bunch of online and BAL adventures to get my hands on a trophy I would feel almost compelled to get. Any cool ideas, please add them.
