I started playing PES again, stopped playing it for 1 month. I resumed the career with my team Malaga. I'm currently on the 4th place and I haven't lost a single game, only some draws and rest wins.

Now I saw I had to play against Barca and I was like alright no problem. I scored the first goal with Cazorla but after that something ridiculous happened.

They got a freekick and Messi (ofcourse Messi, he is the best player of the world right? <_< ) scored it. After that I took a player down in the box, but I touched the ball first and it wasnt a foul! (it wouldnt be in real life) And I didnt take him down from behind or anything. Was totally fair play! Then I heard the refs whistle just before I tackled him! a.k.a scripting! YESZIIIIR WE STILL HAVE FUCKING FOOTBALL GAMES WITH SCRIPTING!

Fabregas scored it.

Then Messi, ofcourse always Messi dribbled past 4 of my players, I tried to take him down from behind but some strange way he still got trough and he scored again.

Every sliding I took, even when they were on the ball, it was a foul. Free kicks like a bitch.

I lost 1-7 and ended up screaming for my xbox.

I am just copying and pasting what I wrote before and I feel exactly the same as you

You know what, I AM SO ANGRY ABOUT THE STUPID RIDUCLOUS SCRIPTS.
I was AIK versing Bolton, a better team than me. First half I was winning 2-0 with 60% possession then in the last 20 mins I try playing keepball. HOwever, the scripts were so big, my defenders couldn't even recieve passes leading to a goal. Take note that this is a one-legged cup match so if you win, you've progressed to the next round. Then I take kick-off and long ball it to my goalie to play keepball from the centre circle and he just lets it bounce off his leg for a corner. Next thing you know they've scored, 2-2. It was heading for extra time but those idiots had to keep on cheating and ricardo Gardner magically waltzed through all my defenders, shot feinted my keeper and my keeper bought him down and it was a fricking penalty for christ sake.
They score and I take kick-off and it finishes straight away.
This is cheating and it happens when you are beating a team better than you in one-leg and I was so angry I kicked the wall leading to a broken toe.
Thanks KONAMI, you fail miserable when it comes to programming

come on now m8 i cant stand barca myself (actually its the plums who pick them online), but malaga could easily be hammered by barca, and the penalty decision was probably reasonable also then it sounds like u not only spat ur dummy out but u got out of the pram itself!!!
p.s. i hardly think konami are retards, these are very clever well educated people who have designed an awesome game year after year so please.... show some respect

the point is: BECAUSE ITS BARCELONA, THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT! just because its barca. and jsut because its messi.

I mean Messi is a great player and he can dribble past players. but dribbling with 100% accuracy and 100% shot accuracy. he can get trough, even if there are 5 defenders. just because its him!

once again. im not trying to point out scripting. because i won all the other games it cant be only scripting. im pretty good at pes myself is i may say, but against barcelona..i can appreciate my loses, but nt in this way.

PS: OP just use L1 + R3 on freekicks and position your goalie right... no more goals conceded from FKs ever! lol

I understand games aren't fun if you win every match, which is why I am 13th in division 2 but sometimes you get annoyed if you let in goals that you know isn't because of your mistakes, it's because of the annoying scripting. Whenever I play online, most goals I concede I think 'Hmmm, next time I'll build on my mistake so it doesn't happen again' as I know I deserved it. I said 'most goals' because some I don't regret myself as it is because of the speed merchants. Also, winning a match on superstar this patch 1.02 is rare as whenever I score a goal, they manage to get one back straight away or at the end of a match.

ONE ALSO OBVIOUS SCRIPT IS THAT AI PLAYERS NEVER TIRE, THEY CARRY ON RUNNING AND RUNNING REGARDLESS OF STAMINA WHERAS YOUR PLAYERS JUST STAND THERE WAITING FOR THE AI TO SCORE.
This could have been a good game but the scripting in the new patch has ruined it. Superstar on patch 1.00 was so balanced it was hard to believe. But now, KONAMI have inserted some time of cheat to make it unbalanced. Now everyteam plays the same. All KONAMI had to do is make the keepers better in Patch 1.00 and probably adjust shooting and it would be a well better game than 1.02

They should let us test the Patches. We are the costumers and if costumers like it, they'll buy it Now we just get a patch while we like the game better as it was in most aspects. That's a bit strange imo, since the idea of a patch is to make the game better/get rid of bugs

To be honest, they only let us test the demos and there was no scripting on the demos as far as I'm concerned. It's only in the retail version so the demos were just a trick of buying the game so KONAMI can make money and laugh that they fooled all of us.
There just filthy rich and don't give a care in the world about our reviews

Me too mate but unfortunately this year the online play is by far the most scripted of all previous releases. Its strange, IMO, that when 2 people are playing against each other that Konami chooses to favour the stronger above and beyond their superiority in terms of already having better players. I've always played with small teams online & this year the scripting is so blatant it's ridiculous. eg. The stronger team wins free kicks for legitimate tackles where the player barely stumbles post loss of possession, and on the reverse they get away with reckless challenges where the've not got the ball, and even hacked down a player. This is only the beginning unfortunately, strangely too, as I would have thought the lesser of the 2 teams is more deserving of a bit more luck.

due to bad animations you might feel your player got the ball good, but in truth he might have just too less of statistics, which resulted in foul. Also, go watch some barcelona vs anyone matches, you will see free kicks for nothing in favour of stronger team -.-

1) If it was the animation, then it would be a two way street. It's not discretion, opinion or interpretation, the game is biased towards the better team. 50/50s, deflections, ref's decisions, all of it goes the way of the stronger team.
2) Barcelona are the best in real life. This means they know how to play football and win fouls. Every person who uses Barcelona in the game is not the best player, him using Barcelona does not reflect the player's skill. In any case, I wasn't specifically singling out Barcelona. The scripting is present irrelevant of which team it is.
3) Also just because it's true to real life football, doesn't mean it's not scripted or erroneous. If the game can get everything right then why allow human error to exist in as far decisions are concerned.

The scripting shouldn't be present online, or at least it shouldn't be as pronounced as it is. Online gameplay is supposed to be human vs human, why contaminate the contest with scripting?

then please explain me why some random player of RKC (worst club of Dutch Eredivisie) catches up on Messi. I tested this yes. Messi sprints and he cant win from rkc player. sometimes my player even holds when he is sprinting, and he starts sprinting again once his oppenent is there again..
