of course it does, its fifa but i dont care because i have wanted to see graphics this good in a football game for ages as pro evo's graphics never really improved drastically so i will definetley be buying fifa for 360 mainly for the graphics but also because i want a football game with truely next-gen capabilitys.

I guess you'll be very dissapinoted, 6.9/10, that's the overall score at IGN.com, and graphic score alone is 6.5/10, here the quote of IGN review "Nice animations and player models. i think fifa 06 road to fifa world cup looks awesome but the major problem about it is when you have won the world cup then what do you do.You might just keep it to play with your friends which is okay but it will get boring playing the same cup mode all the time

I have just watched a few trailers, yes the graphics look quality, but thats it, it still looks like it has crap gameplay.
I suppose the best way to look at is if fifa looks this good, pro evo is going to look just as good, maybe even better, but unlike fifa pro evo will have the best gameplay.

I think ea should just give up trying to compete with pro evo, the only thing fifa has got going for it is the ammount of leagues and official teams that are in it.
But sooner or later konami will get hold of the rights to put the leagues and teams into pro evo.

Give it 1 or 2 years and ea sports will not be able to compete with konami at all.

I agree, its not really worth buying, once you have won the world cup on the hardest setting then there isnt much else you can do.

Played it yesterday and the gameplay, sadly, is awful
but the graphics are very very good
even though they dont really look like the players the detail in their faces etc.. is amazing

to be honest, i dont think the graphics are much better than current gen fifa, i really didnt see anything different from the clips i d.loaded gameplay is exactly the same as current gen and i really didnt see the graphics as being any better, the one thing though i was very impressed with is martin tyler commentating, ive been wanting this in a football game for a long time, i am kinda dissapointed with this actually overall, i was expecting so much more, lets hope this was a rushed effort and the next fifa they bring out is much better although i dont quite think they will be getting away from that simply aaaaaaaaaawful gameplay, i just dont understand it, why do they keep doing this? im not a pes vs fifa guy, if fifa makes a great game i will drop pes like a sack of shit in no time, but for the time being pes is the king, and thats non negotiable

You cant deny the graphics when it goes to the replays.
Very good detail on the faces i.e. sweat, wrinkles, spots, pores etc...
but like i said before i dont think they look much like they do in real life.
