If the EPL license is exclusive to EA how did PES get two teams licensed?

I a confused, I know EA has the P remier League licensed, but I think that Liverpool shouldn't be licensed in Fifa since Konami have the rights to Liverpool do they not.

EA has no reference to any club they do not speak individually to the clubs..

like someone said before Fifa owns such FA's therefore the FIFA license is like an umbrella..

where as konami have physical contracts with Liverpool and Man U...thus stating its the official game of both teams!

still don't get it wasn't the idea to still have the teams they couldn't license through the leagues by having the champions league license.
to bypass the fact they couldn't have them licensed with their league but still have them licensed because off the CL license.

Listen each league has its own license, konami can't properly transfer teams from one league to another without the league's license. That's why Konami try to buy individual team license to the leagues they don't carry license for, although that cost a fortune, therefore the teams they can afford they'd acquire the licenses for and they'd leave the rest of these unlicensed leagues to be edited by the users. Hence the these individual teams won't carry their league's logo because Konami doesn't have the rights to for it.

Yes I know that, I do read the winningelevenblog news and pesfan news.

I was just thinking, it should work both ways we are allowed two teams, so they should be allowed two teams for our official leagues.

the key word in the contract is EXCLUSIVE. EA have EXCLUSIVE rights to the Barclays Premier league, Konami do not have exclusive rights to the eredivise or ligue 1
