Many of you probably said the same as I'm going to say.. I didn't want to look through all the replies 
I would include an indoor-pitch, the linesmen, orange ball when playing in the winter, gloves as well, snow of course, more youngsters in the game like in manager, south american teams, sponsors on every team-shirt and the real player and team-names!!

- how about a ref through out the whole gameplay, and ehh .. if the famous ref culina/collina? really did so much games he would be richer then gates ..
- 1.more curve in open play shots at goal .. that is if there already is any ..

- no game-brakes when the ball goes out or sum.. just play on cuz it is very iritating when the keeper for instance is far away from his goal and kicks the ball out and gets transported back to his goal, making you almost start al over again..
-and the cheat section, man , i dont even see that as a cheat , more like a shortcut and less handwork for editing teams, ''must put funny cheats on it like give the ball a tony hawk air time [ball swifts in the air]/ giving elbows becomes an option / hooligans runnin / ..
-when you do the :R1: :R2: run and opp blocks you, its like the man hit you with a bat or sum , you get a standing k.o for a couple of priceless seconds..
- licensed or not, i want to fully edit my club or player, look at feyenoord, they still have to play with some lame old shirt of 2002 or 03 ..juve plays in a pink out-shirt ..
- put more colours in the skit-making section ..
- ive never seen snow .. thats a clue ..
- showin how many extra time is left .. cuz the invisible ref always whissles when im in possesion of the ball
-give ibrahimovich a more realistic look(longer nose for ex.)
- a keeper with a speed of 54 CAN NOT be faster then henry ..
doesnt matter how fast i run .. i always get hit by sum doofess (when playing against friends)
-o yeah, this has also been on my mind ..if a player is capable of shooting with both legs, why does he takes everything with his right , i need a option..
*funny*> when i score with zidane instead of henry the commentary sometimes says'' what i lovely strike by the white man, and i know that isnt what he really says but its kinda funny cuz it sounds like it ..
and finally i scored with henry by a pass of zidane ..
and Terry Butcher yells '' what a lovely pass by the white man'' .maybe some problems with my ears .. (do not take this serious !)
- design some kind of memory card that can be plugged in your pc allowing you to download option files etc.,easier?
- back to the game, at master league sometimes a star player must get mad or sum when you dont put him in your basic eleven ..
and i cant remember what game it was .. but when youd select everything /team/time etc etc , before the game started it would give you a tour around the stadium .. was very nice and always funny to see a stadium thats not even 0,5 km from your home and hoping that you a slim shot of your home..
-FREEKICK: always the one person-freekick, why not the one-two that you can do at training , or two people standing with the ball doin some tricky stuff and the 3th one blasts it towards goal. also at the corners(two people)
-REPLAYS: a camera thats stands in one point/not following the ball or player
allowing you to see the curve or sum better ..
commentary must get more personal, when you play a cup or ml for example in the 5th game he could say something like'' last week he scored a marvelous goal'' or '' the last meeting between these two clubs ended in a 2-2 for ***''
nd why call it international cup ,north america this and that .. just call it WK, Champions League this and that ..
and i dont know if this already is involved in the game cuz i cant seem to remember the ages of the players but make them go with the real time so they grow older ..
ths is it for now i guess ..still have a lot.. and still one thing..
making me an original player of PES .. i think my stats are all around the 90 ..

I reckon the newest Pro Evo games should have a game speed bar to play about with like the series of games on the playstation1. It must be a bar mind u. Selecting from normal, fast and very fast is not good enough, you should be able to raise or lower the game speed slightly to get your desired speed just right. THIS WOULD MAKE THE GAME EVEN MORE AMAZING

A selection of footballs would be good. Eg Adidas Fevernova, Nike Prem Ball, Adidas Roteiro, Adidas Champs League. Nike Silver Scorpion ball.
Better sound effects all round would be nice too. Eg Players shouting out as they are fouled like "aaaarrrrrgh" and the sound of the ball crashing against a billboard as a shot goes narrowly wide. Drums and instruments in the crowd should have more bass and be more noticable to add atmosphere to the game with crowd volume reaching its max towards the end of the game.

Put it this way the best Pro Evo would be,Pro Evo gameplay,because its the best ever.Fifa's graphics cos there fantastic,and Championship managers theme

fifa's graphics aren't more impresive than pes's,players heads are bigger than there bodies and the player models look dull and lifeless,some aspects of fifa's graphics are superb as much as i hate to admit it but i would always go for pes's graphics over fifa's graphics anyday.

AND I HAVE 1 HUGE ANNONOUNCEMENT TO MAKE!!! I WAS READING TODAY'S 10/09/04 " THE SUN" NEWPAPER AT WORK WHEN I CAME ACROSS THE GAME PAGE, IN THAT PAGE THERE IN BLACK AND WHITE IT SAYS THE RELEASE DATE FOR PES4 IS 15TH OF OCTOBER 4 THE PS2 SO THATS A BIT SHORTER TIME THAN WE ALL HOPED 4!!!
